Dear all,
President Dr Ram Baran Yadav presented the government’s policies and programs for the fiscal year
2065/66 at the parliamentary session of the Constituent Assembly today. Its 47th clause reads:
Gair awasiya nepalilai udhyog, byapar ra purwadhar snrachanako bikashma lagani garna protsahit
grinechha . yasta nepalilai nagarikta dine sambandhama vidhyaman aein ma awasyak samsodhan
garinechha.
We are thankful to the government for this significant commitment. Now the govt should define a
concrete text and timeline to fulfill it. We all should lobby with one voice for the execution of this
pledge.
